9. Customised & Personalised Jewellery
Customised, personalised and made-to-order products are created specifically according to the customer's requirements.
Such products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange except where the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the agreed specifications.

Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions for their jewellery.
DIME Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, accidents, exposure to chemicals, improper storage, unauthorised alterations, resizing or repairs performed by third parties.
