  • We offer shipping across India.
  • Complimentary shipping is available on orders above ₹2,999.
  • Shipping charges for orders below ₹2,999 will be calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service and other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details wherever available.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected locations.

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight and applicable courier rates.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, local taxes and other charges applicable in the destination country are not included unless specifically stated at checkout.
  • Any such additional charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery timelines for international orders vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and courier service.
  • DIME Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs, government authorities, courier disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Issues

If your order appears damaged upon delivery, please contact DIME Studio as soon as possible with photographs/videos of the package and product.

If a package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, we will assist in coordinating with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
